There is NO need to change out the wiper arm mechanism. Grind the surface of the pivot shaft flat, centerpunch, drill and tap for 6mm threads, screw in a bolt that has enough threads to leave the right length after the head is cut off. Bing ~ Bang you have new wiper arm threads to run the nut down on !!!!
