For $3k total you may want to give Boston Bob a call to see if you can get a similar package from him. His package will be backed by a reputation that you will know your money is well spent.

I am not affiliated with Boston Bob in anyway. I am in California. Just thought other list members who recommended him can't be wrong. I believe you are not too far from him. But I may be wrong.
