Yes, that tiny set screw is a 2.5 mm size. I carry one in my ashtray pencil-holder at all times....;-P

if it'll move out of Park without pushing down the button.......... take things apart and see what's wrong in there. I believe there is a tiny Allen screw on the handle .........so you can remove that and lift the whole console/cover off and look at the mechanism there. But if it is broken, the repair will start with careful disassembly and inspection. Often it's just loose or stuck things that need tightening or lubrication. It's not a common failure, like a classic 'they always do this' ...........that I know of anyway.
