You're probably right. I actually think that the company has an
obligation to make this sort of thing available, but I don't want to
get into with an intellectual property attorney (a triple oxymoron!)
who is looking for something to do. I am not looking for something to
do, I own two vanagons and one of them needs a water pump and the
other one, whose water pump is easy to replace (diesel) needs rear
seat rails installed.

There are few enough Behr units around that the owners' needs can be
served discretely.
