OK, but can I tell if it has the anti-drainback feature by looking at it? In the W719/5, there is something just inside which looks spring-loaded, and I can't see down to the bottom. The W719/12, looks like a cheap gemeric, I can see the sides and bottom, but the one source I can find that lists part numbers lists this one as the approriate one. Is the anti-drainback valve something I can see?
