Subject: Useful Brake Drum Tip - ?? - PICS
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Hi all.

Found what looks like "Copper" antiseize on my Westie's drum and axle flange (I really don't think it's corrosion):

A while back, I had my rear brake work checked by a local VW mechanic.

I'm sure he had good intentions putting this stuff on. (future removal of drum easier)

Seems like a good idea, so thought I'd post it.

Aside from using too much of this stuff, can anyone see draw backs to doing this?

Cheers,

Neil.
