It's just as easy to pull out the wafers in correct order to rekey the handle. There is a tiny hole with an even tinier (slotted) screw on the side. You will likely have to remove paint and years of accumulated crud to find the hole. Use a precision screw driver like those used eye glasses. Once you've done that, the cylinder can be slid outward (out the front side of handle).

Or you can just send it to locksmith to do.
