Mike,

I need to do the tests myself before I go any further. That appears to be the only way I can be 100% sure that the proper tests were done. It just irks me a bit that the job has been paid for and now it appears I will have to do some of the work myself. However, I cannot keep waiting for someone who has apparently psychologically abandoned the project.
