The whole setup is a wire with two connectors on one end and the other about the middle. The other end connects with a white connector matching the one on your brown wire to the wiring harness in the front left corner area of the engine bay, looking in from the back.

Each of the two spade connectors connects to a sensor, one by the flywheel pulley on the left front of the engine, the other to the sensor you just replaces, then the brown wire goes to the matching white connector. It's gotta be there somewhere. It comes out from under the plastic box with the vacuum routing diagram on it. It's part of a bundle of wires that comes out of there. One of the wires to the mating connector is yellow, the other is blue.
