need a good thin wall socket.
not some el cheapo.
I think what I use is a swivel 13mm Snap-On socket, they're nicely thin, and
easy to get in there.
you could take the pump back off and carefully grind a bit of metal away in
that one spot for socket clearance.
Don't know about ya all, but I put Toyota black silicone sealant on the
water pump 0-ring myself.
