very cool John our westy is the 1.6 diesel version of this and inside the engine bay it is very different my breather cartridge is more of the implement style - about 14 inches long and 7 inches diameter rather than the jetta flat or squarish version like pictured here i really like the office arrangement in the back - that certainly would be a cool import - gee and only 3K euros - plus import - 15K $ by the time the smoke clears i would imagine yours
