Don made some great points about awnings. I like the extendable-collapsible ones, but I only talked my self into a $34 canopy with screened sides, purchased at Wall-E World. I like it because I can zip up the sides, leave my lawn chairs etc. inside and drive away. My children and I set it up in 10 minutes while griping, and about 7 minutes if we don't. The previous $14 K-mart green-white tarp/canopy gave up after 5 years of various duties.

But, now that I have a 1 year old addition, human male type, I'm thinking about a drive-up tent. My thinking is that it should be fairly easy to set up and give 2 people room to sleep while storing some equipment. Any recommendations on a decent one? I might be talked into a used one... :-)

Chris S.
