All tire manufacturers advise not to use any sealer or protectorants on the sidewalls. The tires are loaded with al the oil needed for their design life. Tires that sit suffers as the outer casing will dry out without the sidewalls being worked to push the additives out. Most sealants will trap the outer layer of dirt and grim into the tire causing. Most tire manufacturers will also warranty ozone cracking for up to 4 years after purchase or manufacture date (without receipt) unless tire protectorants have been used.

You don't want to use Armor-All, nor was it mentioned. 303 Aerospace Protectant is Good Stuff. No silicone. Great for tires (but don't use any protectant on the tread).
