Thanks for the information Frank.  Last week in Banff i noticed a
whiff of smoke coming out of the flue!   Lasted for a couple of days
but no noticeable smell.  I wonder if a spider met its fate somewhere
deep in that fridge!  Time for maintenance I guess.

Speaking of wildlife, in Glacier National Park outside of Golden BC I
had the pleasure of a mouse entering the van and running up and down
my arm as I was sleeping.  Quite unpleasant at 4am.  First time in 20
years of van camping.
