My stereo has a kill-switch. I didn't know that when I first got the van and the battery went dead every 10 days, even if I didn't use the van at all. I finally got in touch with the P.O. who told me about the switch. There's a big equalizer under the rear seat, and it apparently draws current even when the stereo isn't in use.
