Subject: Proper storage of a front heater unit?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed

I am in the process of storing an entire front water-cooled heating unit from a 91 GL and was wondering what precautions I should take with regards to flushing out the front heater core and cleaning it before it sits for a long time(I hope). I would not be normally all that concerned, but the stuff I drained from the radiator left some to be desired. There's clear water running out from it now, but I wonder if I shouldn't heat up a few gallons and use some radiator flush? FWIW, some one has opened up the heater unit making me wonder just what kind of condition the blower motor is in.
