dear todd there are many things about that speedo which cause me to wonder about its originality as a VW part looks more like a bike speedo - with those red light led set in at what are likely shift change indicator speeds and a bike would certainly have such a speedo - rated for 180 MPh out of the gate - to qualify me - i am no parts man or mechanic - simply deducing form available evidence -

the OEM speedo for the OEM 5 speed diesel we have had that red marker at the 60kph station - which is about 40 MPH - yours
