If you cannot get a socket on that nut then the oil cooler is needs to move. DANGEROUS, as once you loosen the big nut holding the oil cooler the O-ring behind it may not seal again so you may end up having to change that O-ring, then your into a bigger job. It's most likely the elbow hose that's preventing you from getting in there with the socket. Try to push a litter harder so the socket will pass by that hose so you won't have to loosen the big nut on the oil cooler.
