hey thanks Jake, this time it did , just like you said. what fun. a vanagon would have a lot harder time doing this, given a rear engine location. If that's one of those regular first generation Toyota vans, they have a pretty short wheelbase , which would sure help. I expected they were going to go all the way over on purpose. and I don't at all think the rear brakes were disabled either. making it bob twice first before the final full application helped get it 'rocking' too, and thus more ready for the big tilt forward.
