Checking resistance in the coil a la Bentley should give you those results, then maybe try the Hall sender and then(hopefully not) the ECU. Maybe first check the ignition switch(unless the engine is turning over via starter), and maybe make sure juice is getting to the coil wires. Bad ground somewhere? Always check the cheap stuff first.
