Hi Jim,

It sounds to me like you have a lot invested, and getting that back out will require finding a motivated buyer. In which case I would recommend replacing the rear tires, fixing the locks and putting the heater back in. The fewer the number of things wrong with it, the bigger your potential market will be. Seeing as how it's late in the season, people will want something they can drive now, or else they will expect to be paying in the "Winter Project" price range.

If it were me, I'd keep it. You won't find another one out there ANYWHERE that you personally have 100% of the maintenance records for.
