the holes are already there under the plywood subfloor for mounting the middle seat rails. simply set your circular saw to the width of the plywood and cut out two long strips that you can recess the tracks down into, the bolt the tracks in. when the seat is not in your van cover the tracks w/ a heavy mat.

the 2 person middle seat folds forward, it would fold completely flat but the cushions keep it from doing so. put enough weight on it and it will fold flatter :<)

the middle seat shoulderbelt wont really work in a westy because the cabinets are in the way..but if you can figure out how to make it work, i have some middle seat shoulderbelts for sale.. (from a '91 GL)
