This reinforces my faith in the body design. Anyone know of similar = clips for T1s or T2s?

LTs... who wanted 'em? Stong, though... note how the roofs & pillars = didn't deform in the rolovers.

Some of those Honestech videos show brilliantly just how well these vans = corner. Sporty? You bet. So long as the dampers do their trick... some = of the offroad videos show bobbong indicative of poor damping.

You can see why the T3 2WD is not nearly as good offroad as a T1/T2... = the suspension just doesn't have the travel to keep the tires on the = surface. I bet the Syncro T3 wouldn't be able to compete with the one = 4WD T2 VW made as a testbed.

Shame there's no easy (or probably road-legal) way to convert a = torsionbar front-end to take driven hubs!

Note how badly the Ford F150 performed in the3 crash test... don't ever be in one of these = in a head-on!!

The Vidmax "Worst ... Compilation" of the T3 pickup must've been = forged... there's no way an intact T3 would collapse like that unless it = had had its structure sabotaged big time... I seem to remember a comment = about this on the list some time ago.
