in that case Gerry........
you might be interested in this new, never used, custom made, and very
decent quality 'rear shifting rod' ..........the rod , about 4 and half feet
long, that goes from the connection near the rear edge of the fuel tank in
an 2WD vanagon........
specifically made for putting a DK trans into a later body vanagon.
the shift linkages are different between the two types.........and this
adapts your 2.1 waterboxer shift linkage to work with this early type trans.
