The first thing to get all this going is to pass the energy bill.  Now on to
the meat of the matter.

For some of us who were doomed to suffer through formal physics and
thermodynamics courses in days gone by,  powering a cargo vehicle at useful
speeds with solar energy just plain isn't in the cards, the stars or the
future.  The energy requirements cannot be met by any reasonably sized
vehicle.  Remember this is a Cargo vehicle not a testdroid.  It will have to
carry a reasonable payload and be able to exist in today's highway world.

BUT, the sooner we begin the journey the sooner we may reach the goal.

Dont' wait for the light at the end of the tunnel...

You can't win, you can't break even and you can't get out of the game.
