which raises a question ... does the price in Europe and Asia fluctuate as rapidly and as often as it does in the USA?? that is, if we see a $0.50 jump in the price of gasoline, does that jump also appear in England and Germany and elsewhere??

or is it just the good ol' American stock market that goes nuts when clouds appear over the refineries (which just happen to all be located close to hurricanes)? :(
