Some of the reasons my brother is thinking of  moving to Canada.

While Canada is not perfect - it's basic governmental philosophy is
sound, while ours has gone completely out of control. Ex: we are
borrowing money to fight a war while at the same time giving  tax cuts.
That's crazy!  Federal lands grazing rights are leased at rates set in
the 1800's!  That's crazy!! Mineral right s on federal lands are also
lease at 1800's rates. That's crazy!  And the lists goes on.
