I went to California last year for a temporary duty assignment at Vanderberg AFB, and was amazed how the driving there is not as bad as here in Puerto Rico. At least when I was driving on the fast lane, cars would move to the left lane, over here that doesn't happen. And I saw the strangest thing: the traffic light at an intersection failed, and people took turns stopping and letting the other lanes thru, wow. Try that one over here.
