E-codes are avaiable through one or more of the online vendors or your friendly VW dealer. At least one of the online vendors sells them as a kit with all necessary parts to install, your dealer will have the pieces seperate from the lights. A resourceful person can be money ahead to buy them in pieces. You need the lights, new connectors for the bulbs as they are different, a relay kit, and new adjusters(yours may break swapping them). E-codes also are made for a daytime running light, you do not have to use it but need to plug the opening. The bulb holder for this is available and it is not hard to set them up.
