Relays would be standard four-pin automotive relays (Bosch, Hella etc) as would be used for auxiliary lights. For the diodes, I'd expect these to work: <http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062579&cp=&sr=1&kw=diode&origkw=diode&parentPage=search>3-Amp Barrel Diodes Model: 1N5404 | Catalog #: 276-1144 from Radio Shack. For the resistor I'd suggest measuring the one in the existing relay, and using it or a replacement of similar or larger physical size -- and/or contacting Mr. Atwell for advice.
