Driving conditions in Vandenberg AFB and nearby territory are Tinkertoys
compared with LA freeway traffic. But and all, I'm sure that even LA or
New York commuters are stunningly polite compared with some of places in
the world where the horn is considered a substitute for the brake pedal.
