Mike,

I think you misunderstood, the problem was not in the GPS - our positions were pretty much dead on - the problem was the mapping data used by Street Atlas. In some areas it can be quite old based on the last USGS quad update. Quite old can be relative I've used nautical charts that were last updates in the 20's and topo maps done in the 30s that were dead on but here in Houston information from last month can be way out of date.
