YOu probably slung the oil away from the pick up point and momentarily
dropped the pressure low enough to trigger the light and alarm. If it
happened only once I wouldn't worry about it. Fluke incident. There are
no baffles in the stock 2.1L WBX as delivered in the US. There are
German baffles in Germany for this engine - if you can find them. There
was a guy on Ebay that sold them but he is long gone I think.
