You might want to go ahead and empty the whole cooling system as best as possible before doing the job, just so that you don't loose all your coolant (assuming it doesn't need to be replaced due to age anyway). I hear great things about sucking it all out with a wet/dry shopvac from the coolant bottle in the engine bay, and then when you're done....just shoot it right back in. That could eliminate some of the weight of the radiator. David's right, it will weigh alot more than you think it should, and no matter how hard you try, there's always enough coolant left in the system to run down your arm. Don't forget you're lab googles! Coolant in the eyes (or mouth for that matter) is less than pleasant.
