Subject: Repairing a split Catalytic converter?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

About 6 yrs ago I bought a cat from a nationwide FLAPS. It has split along the crimp of the forward-facing seam and is leaking loudly. A new one has been ordered from the shop of a listmember. Hope to replace it soon. Meanwhile, is there any way to clamp the seam shut temporarily? George in GR '87 Van O'White
