Sorry for the NVC use of bandwidth here, but I'm sort of dumbed down this morning. I'm running WinXP on an Intel machine, and I have a problem. Hopefully you can help me out here. I have a huge load of active programs on my computer. I use the heck out of them. When I go to the START menu and call up the ALL PROGRAMS menu, I get this list of program icon links to choose from to open any given program. The problem I now have is that my list of icons is so large that WinXP puts them up in vertical panels and the number of panels extends across the screen and disappears under the edge of the screen to the right. I can't see all the panels and therefore the icons. Is there any way to fix this problem? Am I overlooking something simple? I have the resolution already set at the smallest comfortable size and still the icons are out of visual range. Surely there must be a better way around this problem rather than smaller resolution? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Please respond off-list. Thanks, John |
