Maybe not the same thing Max, but I had a similar amount of coolant leak when the engine was hot, after putting about 1500 miles on a Subie conversion. I tightened (some were a little loose upon inspection) all the clamps and the drip went away. I think the new hoses and fittings needed to be heat-cycled several times before things began to settle into shape? Anyway, you may want to go back and check everything for tightness and see what happens. bob '87 Syncro Westy 2.2 -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Max Wellhouse <dimwittedmoose@CFU.NET> > Troops: Ever since R&Ring my metal coolant pipe a few weeks ago, I > have had a slight orange coolant drip that is a pain to figure out > where it's coming from. |
