My Westy has a custom plate "GO HAUS", but I've never really given it a name (22 years). The doka's plate reads "DOKA", but no real name.

Way back when, my friends seemed to name my vehicles. I drove a '53 Chevy truck (in the 70s) that was painted primer red. My friends christened it "The Red Barren" (no spelling error), because it was both red and barren. My next vehicle was a white '59 Ford station wagon, It became known as Moby.

Actually, if you have several vehicles, just like several cats, it's handy to be able to distinguish which is which in conversation; "Which car will you pick me up in?" "Moby." "Hu, no. I'll walk."

Did you name your rat?

Karl
