I have a couple of those bolts here. They're grooveless, and they 'seem special' but near as I can tell it's a normal 13mm hex head bolt with 8 X 1.25 metric thread, like you could buy at any hardware store pretty much, or car parts store. threaded portion is 1/2 inch long.
