  Take a look at it after the engine has warmed up.  Sometimes these hoses look acceptable when cold, but after they have warmed up they become much more flexible and can collapse under vacuum. jake

Looks OK on mine, perhaps it's clogged internally, does that tend to happen? Seems too large a diameter for that to be likely.
