Jeff,

Did you also take a peek at the inside by lifting the grill? My guess is that the box itself is glued together. I wish I had 2 extra ones that someone did not need. I would pay shipping and try to get into those with a dremmell. I think that a pair of 4" speakers could fit in there.

Anyone?
