Probably at least another one or two thousand dollars worth, easily more depending on how much you want to scrounge and fabricate yourself.

Bostig has a complete kit o put a Ford Zetec in. It's roughly $5,000 I think, plus the engine itself (only a few hundred more, they are as common as dirt). I think they are the only ones who sell a truly "complete" kit. If I were contemplating an inline 4 swap, that's what I'd do.
