        This is becoming a common  occurrence at campouts.  Just this same
weekend at the Westys at Bon Echo  campout here at Bon Echo Provincal Park near
Cloyne, Ontario, there was an  air-cooled van by the side of the road with
number 3 rod poking itself through  the case.  He was on his way home Sunday
around noon.  I thought it  sounded like it was knocking when he passed me and
stopped for a chat before  pulling out.  Every campout I've been to this summer
has had at least  one Bus arriving or leaving on a tow truck.  Maintenance
folks, PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE !  Most of these Vanagons are now  close to 25
years old and the bays and splittys are well into 30 ~ 40 years old  !
