My subaru conversion came in at $1800. That is pushing it though, and using a free donor car. I have the reversed manifild, but not the shortened pan, but also changed a lot of things that are not necessarily subie related, since I was in there anyway, like the clutch, collant pipes, etc etc. Give yourself a budget of $3000 and you are comfortable. Or spend $5000 and get the zetec kit, have way less work. Florian
