RE: Foxhill Oven The Foxhill oven works perfect on the stock Westy stove. In fact I did two batches of biscuits last Saturday morning at the WetWesties event at Leavenworth. The Foxhill won out hands down over the only two other readilyy avialble stove top ovens in a 'bake off' that was conducted by Larry Chase about two years ago. One enhancement that Larry recommended was the addition of an additional heat disperser, an 8" steel plate that goes on top of the burner then the oven on top of that. The only downside of the Foxhill is that it doesn't fold up so it takes some room and it's awkward to store. But for me well worth it. I do biscuits on a regular basis, cakes occasionaly.
