fwiw, I have rarely seen a failed fuel pressure regulator. Can't remember
the last time, and I work on fuel injected vanagons full time.
I did see an shot injector fill a cylinder solid with fuel once though.'
I haven't seen your scenario of fuel in the intake through the fuel pressure
reg.
