All this naming stuff has got me to think that after all my years of
ownership of my 84 Westy, owned since 87... and my oldest son graduating
from the Rhode Island School of Design. I think it is finally time to name
my Westy now.
What does everyone think of Vincent???
Since we all want our vans to run or "go".
So, the formal name will be Vincent Van-Go!

This Vanagon will make my 8th VW. I also have # 7 Rodolfo the Scirocco. The
Bus actually has two names Blue Brick, El Guapo. I do use the names in way
or another to refer to the vehicles. This is not just a vanagon thing as
many have mentioned. In the Scirocco crowd most of our cars at least in the
Scirocco.org group have names.
Also my wife's Mazda has a name and it is Simon, Simon Bond IIRC.
I had an 88 Fox Wagon Foxxy, 72 Super Beetle Neptuno (my alter ego), 66
sedan "the old guy", 86 Vanagon Party Wagon, 81 chevy chevette (my first
car) chitvette......just to name a few. All pun intended.
