I had a problem in using PayPal. I sold something to someone and was asked to generate a PayPal invoice to that person's email address. Somehow I wasn't able to generate the invoice. It appeared to be a software bug of PayPAl. So I called PayPal through that 1-888 number. The answer from the PayPal service was a good one. I was told to do a clear cache of my browser. I did that and the problem was fixed. So, I believe you can find a live person still. I don't remember how I got through. It will get you someone if you try harder. David
