If you are going to add gauges, spend a few extra $$ and go w/VDO gauges. I've used them in my cars since the 1980s. In my 87 Westy I have a 12 V voltmeter, oil pressure gauge and oil temp gauge. The volt meter and oil pressure gauge were bought for a BMW 2002 I had in the early 80s. Still working well. Bought a new Oil Temp gauge last year. Guess what, VDO didn't change the design of the gauge faces. The only difference between the old and new gauges is the old ones have a few chips on the trim pieces. Ric
