Thanks. The address I sent the money to was the same fellow... I mistakenly used his npormal mail address instead of his PayPal address. So I guess I'll just have to get the card company to reverse the payment, as there is no account for the money to go into. Oh, silly me...

In order to proceed with this (or any) number you have to state or punch in your phone number. Good ol' PayPal refused to accept my number, the very number stated on my PayPal stats page.
